Food and Drinks Top Notch Service First Class Ambiance Exquisite My Family & I All Agree, Worth It‼

I went for happy hour 3pm-7pm The food was amazing, great appetizers for the happy hour. Service was very fast and professional. Cocktails came out very fast from the bar. Ambiance was super nice, sat outside by the fire tree. Definitely one of my favorite spot to visit.

I visited YOLO for happy hour, and it did not disappoint! Their happy hour runs until 7 PM, which is longer than many other places, and the menu has a great selection of food and cocktails. I tried the Angry Fried Shrimp and the Pepperoni Flatbread. The shrimp portion was a bit small, but the flavor was absolutely delicious. The Pepperoni Flatbread was a standout. The spicy honey gastrique added the perfect kick! Even though it was quite busy, the bartenders were attentive and provided great service. I'll definitely be back when in the area.

I enjoyed my experience at YOLO. The brunch menu was simple. So I went with the French toast and a side of eggs. I really do want to return to experience dinner. The service was also pretty great. Our server was very friendly. I loved the ambiance of the location with both indoor and outdoor seating. There is valet parking so no need to stress trying to find street parking. Tip: make a reservation.

Talk about a place with a little bit of everything, great drinks, food, ambiance and music. They had a live dj right outside playing house and techno music. We decided to sit outside for appetizers and drinks as the weather was so nice out and the music was bumping outside. We decided to order the monkey bread, avocado salad, and the angry fried shrimp. Everything was delicious but the angry fried shrimp was to die for. I also tried my most favorite drink, Moscow mule. After eating We had some drinks at the bar inside and it has such a nice and classy ambiance. We had a fabulous time overall!

I was in Fort Lauderdale to take a cruise, and a friend told me that Yolo, on Las Olas Blvd, is one of his favorite places to dine. I walked from my hotel (Riverside) and got there around 7:30pm, a little early. As I was a solo diner, I was seated across from the bar, not in the main dining room. This was fine as I like privacy and watching people and the bartender. I started with a Monkey 47 gin and tonic ($16) while I perused the menu. I started with the Seafood Ceviche ($19) ... It comprised seasonal fish and shellfish marinated in a orange-tomato and chili mixture, served with crispy taro chips. It was delicious! So fresh and flavorful. I ordered the 40-day dry aged Rib Cap "Calotte de Boeuf" ($90) and Garlicky Greens ($9). Interestingly, my cap came sliced, not looking like cap meat, but more like a boneless ribeye. It came with Yolo's steak sauce and some greens. The steak was flavorful but missing the nuttiness I associate with good, dry-aged beef. However, I've found that this trait seems to appear only after 45 days or more of aging. I ordered a glass of Belle Glos Pinot Noir ($22) to accompany my entrée. One can never go wrong with Belle Glos, it's consistently good and reasonably priced. For dessert, I tried their Tiramisu ($15) and coffee ($3.95). It was an interesting take on tiramisu as it came in a coffee cup with lady fingers with powdered cocoa on the side. Whatever the case, it was very good. What did I think? I liked my time at Yolo ... the bar was jumping; the food and drink were excellent; service by Fergie was fine. Recommended!

Great ambiance, setting, customer service and presentation. It was a good visit and maybe* I will give it one more chance to try their steak. For context, when I go to restaurants and ask for their most popular or unique dishes. The meals were prepared well, but not worth a recommendation. I ordered the salmon, this butterfly pea flower cocktail, tried their calamari, mac and cheese and kale salad.
